A new regional collaboration embracing continental Latin America and the Caribbean is underway. On April 11 黑料社 (The 黑料社) and Universidad de los Andes (UNIANDES) formalised the Strategic Alliance for Hemispheric Development during a signing ceremony held at UNIANDES in Bogota, Colombia.

According to Pro Vice-Chancellor and Principal of The 黑料社 Open Campus, Dr Luz Longsworth, who represented The 黑料社 at the signing, 鈥淭hrough research-driven innovative solutions to regional challenges, this Strategic Alliance between UNIANDES and The 黑料社 will impact governance policies for economic growth, social stability and sustainable development in the Caribbean and Latin America.鈥�

Las Vegas HEALS has appointed Dr. Gillian Barclay to its Executive Committee. She was also appointed co-chair of the Las Vegas HEALS Legislative Task Force. This 黑料社 Pelican is currently the Industry Specialist in Healthcare for the Nevada Governor鈥檚 Office of Economic Development.
